Ronda Kennedy is a constitutional attorney and fearless advocate who has dedicated her career to fighting for individual liberty, small businesses, and the rule of law. Previously, Ronda served as corporate counsel for a mid-sized manufacturing company, where she ensured regulatory compliance and protected the business from government overreach.
When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, Ronda Kennedy didn’t back down. She defended small businesses across California and Nevada that were unjustly threatened with closure and fines — and she won. Her most notable victory came when she prevailed in the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, helping to keep gun stores open during the pandemic, thereby protecting both constitutional rights and economic freedom.
Ronda stood strong against government mandates by successfully stopping forced vaccinations for police officers, firefighters, military personnel, and teachers, becoming a trusted ally to first responders and constitutional conservatives.
Throughout her career, Ronda Baldwin-Kennedy has:

I’m running for Secretary of the Clark County Republican Party because this moment demands real leadership, not just titles. Our Party has to be more than a monthly meeting and a name on a letterhead — we need to be a powerful force that wins elections, defends conservative values, and grows our base. As a constitutional attorney, former corporate counsel, and national advocate, I’ve spent my career standing up to government overreach, defending small businesses, and protecting individual freedoms. I’ve fought in courtrooms, in the media, and on the streets — and I know how to fight for you. Now I’m bringing that same relentless energy to the heart of the Republican Party in Clark County, because: We need an organized and transparent Secretary. We need someone who knows how to run systems, manage membership, and protect elections. And we need a leader who’s not afraid to hold people accountable and unify conservatives around what matters: winning. This isn’t about politics as usual — it’s about preparing the Clark County GOP to take back our county, our state, and our country.
