The COVID-19 Pandemic has shown us the severe flaws of our healthcare system. Most people get health insurance through their jobs. However, as we have seen recently, when jobs are eliminated, or an entire industry disappears the only option is government subsidized health insurance.
Jobs & Small Businesses
While good government policies can encourage job creation and economic growth, bad policies can eliminate jobs. At the current time people are being paid more NOT to go to work and our small businesses are being starved of both labor and capital.
Law Enforcement Support
I support the police and all law enforcement. They maintain our civil society and keep us safe. Who else are you going to call when somebody is breaking into your home at 2 am? Police department budgets whose officers follow their oaths should be fully funded.
